Australian Customers
Shipping in Australia is complimentary on orders over $150. Orders below $150 are charged a flat rate of $10.
Limited Edition Art Prints are printed on demand and take approximately a week to be printed and packed.
All prints are sent via express post. You will be notified of tracking once your order has been shipped and it should arrive within 1-3 business days.
Frames for Limited Edition Prints are sent from a separate warehouse to the prints, and take between 7-14 business days to arrive, depending on your location. You will receive a different tracking number for your frame, to that of your print order.
For Original Art purchases your piece will be shipped by courier within 1-3 business days of your order being received.
International Customers
Limited Edition Art Prints are printed on demand and take around 1 one week to be printed and packed. See below time frames for shipping. For International Customers shipping charges are based on location:
New Zealand Flat Rate $15 AUD
Once shipped, orders take between 5-6 business days to arrive
UK, Singapore, Asia Pacific Flat Rate $20 AUD
Once shipped, orders take between 5-6 business days to arrive
Rest of the World Flat Rate $30 AUD
Once shipped, orders take between 5-8 business days to arrive.
Customers are responsible for payment of any duties and taxes that may be incurred.
Unfortunately Libby does not offer international shipping on Frames for Fine Art Prints.

Limited Editions Prints are printed on demand on fine art archival quality paper. Included with each print is a Certificate of Authenticity, hand signed and numbered by Libby Haines. All prints are carefully checked for quality before shipment and are not available for return.
