"Sink in the Bedroom was painted just as Melbourne's 2020 corona virus lockdown was coming to an end.

As it turns out, my obsession with inside my house didn’t come to an end. Painting ordinary and slightly humorous snippets of life and attempting to elevate these with expressive brush strokes and colours, is a source of endless inspiration for me. (And yes, one of the bedrooms in my house has a lone standing sink in pastel blue 🤷🏼‍♀️ ) "
